Open Macola, and log in with Supervisor password.
Tools > System Setup
Click “Maintain Strong Passwords”
Enter the Supervisor password again.
Press ‘TAB’ to populate user field.
Select the user account.
Click on “maintain User Password”
set new password, and confirm password.
Set Expiration date approx 4 months in the future.
click “ok” > “Exit” > “Exit”
