Goto https://gravityzone.bitdefender.com/
If company doesn’t already exist
Select companies from left hand pane
Select add
Fill in details with the following
Enter customer details with type as customer and manage network ticked
Select licence as monthly subscription
Select save
Create a policy from the policies menu on the left hand pane
Select Packages from the left hand pane
Add a package and fill in the details with the following options
Name of company
Select company from the list
If problems deploying you can untick scan before installation for faster deployment
Save
Add another package and repeat if deploying to many PCs but this time tick the relay box and name it company name relay
How to deploy relay
Select Packages from left hand pane
Tick the box next to the company name relay package
Then either
Select download > windows downloader (or appropriate operating system) and send this file to the machine that it needs to be installed on via screen connect
or
Select download links > Installation links
Copy and paste the link into a web browser on the machine to which it is to be installed on
Run the setup
How to scan network for PCs
Select network > companies > company name > Computers and Groups
Tick the machine that has the relay package installed
Select tasks > network discovery
You can view progress in the Tasks menu on the left hand pane
Troubleshooting network discovery
Make sure the following services are enabled on the relay machine that is doing the discovery
Computer browser
DNS Client
Function Discovery Resource Publication
SSDP Discovery
UPNP Device Host
How to deploy Bitdefender from relay
Select network > companies > company name > Computers and Groups
Tick all PCs you wish to deploy via the relay PC
Select Tasks > Install
Enter username and password of the admin account and tick this entry
Under deployer select the relay machine
Under packages select the required package (non relay package)
Select save
You can view process in the Tasks Menu on left hand side

Troubleshooting deployment
Error 53 – The machine to which you are trying to install Bitdefender already has another anti-virus/security software which needs to be manually removed and the PC restarted
Error 15 – Maybe a permissions error. Try again or try manual deployment
